the fillet and to use Australian beef,
veal, lamb and goat responsibly. Mash
art directs stylist Simon Bajada and
photographer John Laurie and brings
a new look to Chef’s Special that aims
to creatively inspire culinary wizards
to do good things with a product that
is usually the hero of the menu.
